Clients may request extended retention or earlier deletion by contacting us.
Payment Records: We retain payment records and financial transaction information for seven (7) years to comply with tax laws and accounting requirements.
Marketing Information: We retain marketing preferences and communication history until you opt out of marketing communications or request deletion.
Website Analytics: We retain website analytics data for twenty-six (26) months.
